Responsibilities:



1. Team organization management includes but not limited to personnel arrangement and training, team incentive and assessment, resource coordination and cross department communication, internal system and process development and sorting

2. Business management includes but is not limited to the formulation of project plan, supervision of project progress, technical guidance during the project process, solution of difficult problems, summary and report of the project

3. Be responsible for the formulation and implementation of technical scheme for product quality research, and participate in the preparation, review and revision of application materials for product quality research

4. Be responsible for the reception, communication and resolution of product analysis issues

5. Responsible for the management of analytical instruments and related software, including but not limited to budget and plan, use, maintenance and service

1. More than 6 years working experience in pharmaceutical analysis, chemical analysis, chemistry and related fields

2. At least 5 years working experience in drug related quality research and application, rich experience in analytical method development

3. Be able to independently develop the experimental program of quality research and stability research, carry out drug quality research and stability research, and be competent for writing and revising the CTD data of related drug declaration

4、 Familiar with FDA and ICH guidance documents, familiar with relevant policies, laws and regulations of drug research and development

5. Solid ability of literature reading, writing and scientific research, independent retrieval of domestic and foreign patents, professional literature and regulations, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability

6. Positive energy, optimistic personality, positive, strong communication ability, coordination ability and innovation ability
